We handle everything in-house, including maintenance and repairs, improvements, renovations, leasing and accounting. This has provided our clients experience working directly with Falcon Properties property managers to manage and resolve any questions or concerns. Built in 1927, the 18 floor building has a total of 99,189 sq ft. Located right beside the famous Macy’s building and Herald Square, this is one of Manhattan’s prime locations for artists and entrepreneurs around the world.

1024 6th Avenue is a five-story commercial building located in the bustling heart of Manhattan, right next to Bryant Park.
325 West 38th Street
In 1990 Falcon Properties acquired its biggest building. With 110,1888 sq ft and 16 floors, this fully renovated building was constructed in 1929. Its proximity to Hudson Yards makes it an attractive location for new tenants.
