We handle everything in-house, including maintenance and repairs, improvements, renovations, leasing and accounting. This has provided our clients experience working directly with Falcon Properties property managers to manage and resolve any questions or concerns. Our success is rooted in a tradition of transparency, hard work, and absolute commitment to client attention and satisfaction.

Constructed in 1900, the building has 51,200 sq ft, 8 floors. Here tenants are able to start their future with the simplicity and affordability in one of Manhattan’s best locations.
325 West 38th Street
In 1990 Falcon Properties acquired its biggest and most prideful building. With 110,188 sq
ft and 16 floors, this fully renovated building was constructed in 1929.
